My Telehealth Benefits

Employees enrolled under the Cigna medical plan have access to one (1) telehealth services – MDLive. Via phone or video conference you can consult with a board certified physician to obtain convenient care for minor conditions/symptoms. You are encouraged to register now, so you can avoid this process in the future when circumstances cause you to obtain the consult.  Any payments for these services are automatically applied to the out-of-pocket maximum under your plan.

My Retirement Benefits

Simple Energy cares about the financial future of our employees  This program has been carefully chosen to be comprehensive and provide opportunities for the employees to save for their retirement.

Simple Energy employees’ retirement plan consists of a 401(k) Plan which employees are eligible to participate in immediately upon employment.

  • Simple Energy profit sharing contributions are vested on the following schedule:
    • If Employee contributes 3%, Simple Energy will match 3
    • If Employee contributes 4%, Simple Energy will match 3 .5%
    • If Employee contributes 5%, Simple Energy will match 4%
  • Employee and Employer contributions are 100% vested day one.
  • Based on the discretion of ownership, Simple Energy may offer a Profit Sharing Contribution. To be eligible for the contribution, and employee must be 18 years old, 1000 hours of service work in the calendar year, and must have been employed by Simple Energy for at least 12 months. Simple Energy Profit Share contributions are as follows:
